Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at LMN Nutrition! We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@lmnforyou.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us understand the problem. European Union 14 day Cool Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
